Breakfast is included. Dinner is cooked on request — plov on Thursdays, always.

Breakfast runs from seven to ten: non from the tandoor down the street, apricot and quince jam, tomatoes with dill, eggs however you like them, and coffee we import ourselves.
For dinner, tell us in the morning. Most evenings it is a simple table — shurpa, salads, bread — and on Thursdays there is plov, cooked in the courtyard in the kazan, which is the correct way and takes three hours.
